Bill comes with 32 years of experience as a Youth Pastor and Senior Pastor working with a diversity of people! He started New Hope Community Church, which grew to 700 people and two campuses by leading a unified staff of twenty.  Bill is presently an Isanti County Commissioner and has served on a variety of community boards and teams. Bill has a B.S. Degree in Health and Psychology and has taught and coached. He also has a Master’s Degree in Divinity and a Doctorate in Missional Effectiveness. Bill has been around the block with people and organizations, and he understands both. His life’s passion is to help people and organizations to thrive.
